Sue Ellen Darlin', you're just the high shelf gin in my mornin' martini. A true lady who packs a fine punch and never musses a glove. Finest neighbor a folk could hope for. Decent, carin', informed an' not at all afret t' speak yer mind. Too damn shameful bad ain't a whole town more the likes of you. We'd have a lot more bulls and a lot less fertilizer round here if we did. But seems folks here enjoy bein' bashed, livin' worse than migrant hired help. Havin' somebody muzzlin' their mouths shut. Next y'know they'll be diwn to the City Hall gettin' their hind quarters branded and aluvin' that too. But the ranch and the pool will still be agoin' strong while they're all herded up an' coralled. Cain't say as I feel fer any of'em. Sometimes ya git exactly what ya ask for.

Hell! Two whole countries changed governments with less than this board we got here. But here in Newburgh folks go right along agreein' with the abuse. I din't know. Guess they prefer it as 'tis. Oh well. You an' me got our own to keep an' ain't too silent 'bout it. So we'll save the ranches an' let the rest be.
