Is it any wonder Newburgh is in the condition it's in when a response to a matter like this is "Move to a state you want to support"? This is typical Newburgh. If you don't like it just go. That's what the place is all about. That's why the intelligent kids graduate from our NFA and leave. They know there's no hope for a good life here because nobody really wants to make anything better. And if anybody tries to make things better the rest do what they can to get them out. Even home owners are told to just leave. Never mind whether this is their home or not. The new regime has taken over "by any means necessary" and the place is lost. The brain drain keeps going and the tax exempts, gangs and rejects multiply. It's all to do for the very few who have their lives here to manage. Newburgh gets what it deserves because there's no ambition. Or maybe that's what the state wants, now they keep the unwanted in one place so they don't have to go looking for them. Newburgh is nothing but a penal colony. Maybe the newcomers are part of the plan to keep it that way. They live very well here after all. Seems suspicious. Nobody seems to bother them.
