Subject: According to Zap2it, GCB is now the official name of David's new ABC series. He can't seem to be able to get away from three-letter series titles. First JAG and now this. LOL

[> Well, as the article says, it's just a way for self-interpretation of what the "B" stands for. Doesn't help the title or the show any at all, IMO. Maybe GCB should stand for Gotta Channel Blackout. -- Araninda, 18:21:30 05/24/11 Tue [1]

[> Oh boy. This gets dumber every day. Why didn't they just go another route entirely? Like Sassy Saints, Texas Trollops, Fundamentalist Floozies, etc. -- JAG Junkie (Ronda)--Thinking the name can make or break this show., 20:44:50 05/24/11 Tue [1]

[> [> [> Not that any of those names are actually better (some of them are still offensive), but I was seeing what I could come up with off the top of my head. And if it's that easy, then why couldn't the professionals find something better after all this time? -- JJ (Ronda), 20:49:53 05/24/11 Tue [1]

[> 1) you can't use the "b" word before 9pm on regular networks. Even if the show started after 9, the promos would be before 9. 2) They should have left the "B" word, changed the first two, and headed for HBO. 3) barring that, they should have changed the name all-together. "The Fort Worth Fellowship Methodist Church Ladies' Auxilliary" ("Ladies' Ax" for short). -- The Chief, 00:43:09 05/25/11 Wed [1]
