James "Don't Be Angry" Erickson was given a bad beat when my A-J beat his A-K with a lucky Jack on the board. Dale was beat by Ron Kutz to send him to the final three (if memory serves?). Joey C. played some great short-stack poker at the final table and ammassed chips through two double-up All-Ins (I provided one of those) to propel him to the final three. Took him out and when it was down to me a Kutz, it took only one hand: I was small blind and called with an A-2. He raised me All-In and I quickly called. I was behind when he flipped up snowmen. His pocket 8's should have held, but in search of an Ace I found a straight draw on the flop with 3-4-?. The 5 hit on the river and I had him covered in chips, but not by a lot. Luck? Yes indeed.
