Subject: I are a riter nowz

I'll be dipped in shit and rolled in chocolate sprinkles!!! I had a meeting last night with the sales, editorial and art directors of Artstrada Magazine. They have asked me to write a humorist / tech article in each issue about hot rodding.

Basically, it'll be a series in which readers will write in with a question about how to build, buy, sell or alter a classic car. I will then be given two facing pages devoted to answering their questions. The left page will have the question from the reader and an illustration (by yours truly) that ties in with the topic at hand. The right page will be text that answers the question.

I know that I don't know everything there is to know about building cars, and many of you are more knowledgeable than I am, but like all other columnists, I'll look up the answer or ask around and then reply in a swell, quirky, neat-o, entertaining kind of way. I'm sure I'll be asking advice of you guys from time to time, so bear with me. I'm really stoked about this. Maybe this will pan out into doing this same sort of feature in a national mag. Who knows?

Anyway, just wanted to share my good news with my brothers. Maybe I'll see you guys Friday night. (fingers crossed)
