Subject: the Hell Bent Hoods are no more.....

Interesting. I got this message from a guy named "Schultz" on our Kreatures MySpace page. It was entitled "the Hell Bent Hoods are no more". It reads as follows:


Hey what’s up Fellas? This is Schultz formally of the Hell-Bent Hoods. I’m writing to let ya’ll know that there is no longer a HBH chapter in Texas. We took our patch off the street for good. We were prospecting a really cool guy we have known for a while named Danny that wanted to be a Hood. When the main chapter in California found out that he was half Mexican they said “We don’t’ want Danny in, this is an all white club.” This so called fact was completely unknown to Stephen and I. Especially me because I’m part Mexican as well. Also Stephen and I both have Hispanic Wives. So pretty much we said Fuck you, Danny is our Bro, You guys are ass holes and take your fucking club and stick it up your ass. Out of respect I’m writing all the clubs and letting them know what’s up. We have no affiliation with the HBH and do not share any of their views or beliefs. I have a lot of respect for your club and for its members. I also want to keep this local scene positive and strong.

I'm not sure what to think of all that, but more power to 'em. I'm very surprised to hear that Stephen would quit a club because they're racist. That's the pot calling the kettle black (no pun intended). Oh well. I see it as a positive thing that they have decided to separate themselves from their affiliation with racists. Maybe it's a step in the right direction.

And fellas, always remember what Stephen yelled at the Hole in the Wall, "You WILL respect the Hell Bent Hoods!!!!"
