Subject: Need a cheap place to work on your car??? Clubhouse, whatever?

The people who rent the shop next to mine are moving out. They used it for storage for their business and ran out of room so they are moving everything to a bigger location. Today was the first time I've seen anyone there since I moved in a year ago.

The shop is about the same size as mine, a little bit smaller considering my apartment is halfway into that shop. Rent is $300 a month, water paid, and has a bathroom, and a big ass door like mine.

Here's the problem. If someone moves in and runs a business out of this shop, I'll be forced to move out. The walls are thin in my little apartment and I can hear whats going on at the shop 2 doors down even. I can hear a mouse fart next door. So if there's activity there, it'll drive me out. I can't afford anything else, and can't afford the extra $300 a month. If I had another place to live I'd do it, and trust me, I've been looking. But there's nowhere for me to put all my shit that I can afford. Especially anywhere around here or Austin.

So if you guys need a place to work on cars, here's a hell of a deal, it's just that it's in San Marcos, but worth the drive. Shit, if 3 guys go in, it's $100/month each, and plenty of room for 3 projects. Or the perfect clubhouse.

You can rob electricity from me and pay a portion, or get your own electricity through PEC.

Let me know if there's any interest, or if you know of a cheap place for me to live and be able to work on my shit, because I'm fearing that I'll be moving out soon.

Go figure it has to happen right when I lose my job and I'm flat broke.
