Subject: Shit we covered at the meeting

*SHIRTS: I talked with the printer this morning. No problem doing the Kreature head on the T-shirts, Dickies and jackets. They will also have our logo on the left chest of each. He has the art already and he'll have the shirts today.

*TROPHIES: We'll be doing an extra trophy this time. It will be the Club Trophy for the club that drove the most combined miles to get here. Here's the line up of who is doing which trophy:
Best Mill - Norm
Best Paint- Me
Best Interior - Riley
Best Chop - Dustin
Club Trophy - J2
Grand Champion - Ramon

*PLAQUES: Make sure everyone's vehicle has a plaque. If you need help lettering it, call me. I can help.

*SCHEDULE: We have three points of entry to the show this year, so it's a bit more of a challenge to keep them all covered, but the Voodoo Dolls have offered their help. Here's the way we broke it down:

EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE THERE AT 9:30AM SHARP!!!

CAR GATE: 11a-12p is J2, 12p-1p is Norm, 1p-3p Voodoo doll, 3p-4p is Dustin.

INSIDE DOOR: 11-12 is Riley, 12-1 is Ramon, 1-3 Voodoo Doll,
3-4 Ramon again.

SIDE DOOR: 11-12 Dustin, 12-1 Dart, 1-3 Voodoo Doll, 3-4 Riley.

For our registration table, J2 is providing the table and Norm is providing the canopy.

I will be bringing miscellaneous supplies with me including road cones, caution tape, hand stamps and pads, duct tape, etc...

*MUSIC: Norm needs to get ahold of the Nematodes to see if they'll open up for us. Then we have Pushrod from Dallas, and Black Irish Texas to finish it out. Norm's friend Dave will provide the PA, etc and Bryan (Jonna's husband) will be doing sound.

*NEXT MEETING: We'll be meeting again on Saturday, September 6th at Hill's Cafe at 3:00pm. Bring your trophies to that meeting! This meeting is very important, so plan ahead. We really need everyone there to finalize everything.
