Subject: Guess I'm a hippie again.........

So today was my first official day back at Kenny Hill's....first order of business is to finish up several full and partial restorations on some old bugs and vans.....romoved a beetle body today....cut out the rear quarters to sell to a guy with a baja project and started replacing the floor pans on the frame for another beetle body that I am removing tomorrow....ain't rods and customs but at least for now it ain't new Mustangs, new VeeDubs, or new Audis. The people there are all great and in a strange way I feel like I've returned home (Yikes!)....and I'm gonna get paid a helluva lot better than the last couple of years...still hopeful for the Speed Shop gig, but not so sure I can afford to take the position right now...I really need the money...that is all...
