Subject: Jason's benefit...

We've got all the bands billed for the show, and now I need artist and/or donations of art submitted for the silent auction. I need these as soon as possible if you guys think that you can offer up something. I'm going to ask for submissions to be made before the 13th of January(or at least let me know by then), since we're putting together another flyer with pictures of the art work so maybe we can entice more people to show up.

We're going to be asking for volunteers to help coordinate the silent auction as well. We'll need people to hang out with the art in case there are any questions from bidders, and when the auction ends, we're going to need to round up folks and collect cash(and or get the credit cards swiped; still gotta figure out how Casey wants to work all of that), make sure they get their stuff, sit around it afterwards so they don't have to go put it in their cars right away, etc.

This is coming up quick, so I need to start finalizing the organization. Hopefully, get it all wrapped up this week, and then just promote, promote, promote! I'll need help from any and all that have a myspace. Thanks!

J2, I'll call you tonight(promise) since I know that you're coming down for the show. Sorry about not being around lately. Still trying to get the house organized and small projects finished up so I can get back on the Pontiac.
