This is a big event to plan, with tons of legwork needed ahead of time and as many warm bodies as possible available on the day of the race. This will have to be a joint effort of both clubs equally, if it's to be a success. We're still doing the same things we'd planned to do all along. The Voodoo Dolls will be doing just as much on their end.

I messaged Peggy and as soon as she's settled into her new digs, we're going to get together both clubs to have a joint meeting to talk about the planning, the name (she said she likes what we've come up with so far), the dates, etc.....

I'll keep you guys posted as I learn stuff. I'll need as much help as I can get from you guys, including the help of any new prospects. I'll also need the help of you Corpus guys on the day of the race to work security, tickets, race judging, etc.

That about sums up what I've talked about so far with Peggy.
