Subject: Meetin' Summary

What I remember:

1. Club Rules: (Condensed version)
A. No fightin' with colors on.
B. No weapons of any sort at events or with colors on
(Except gun range, etc.).
C. No possession of illegal drugs with colors on.
D. No public displays of ass-holeness.....basically ,
"Don't be a dick!".
E. And, of course, must own a classic vehicle (running
or active project) and must get their hands dirty
(not every little detail, but must have an active
role in the building or maintenance of their car/
bike).

These are the basic rules without going into major detail...such as meeting attendence, forum participation, etc., etc., etc.

2. Prospects:
A. Prospects are required to attend a weekly Thursday
evening meeting until a newer prospect is chosen.
B. In addition, prospects must attend all other meetings
and attend three club sanctioned events.
C. Prospects are not to be assholes!

Again...condensed, but that is the jist of the prospect's responsibilities.

3. Other Meetin' Subjects:
A. Actively planning the soapbox derby and partially
delegated responsibilities.
B. Attempting to organize a monthly hot rod get-together
in conjunction with our regular second Sunday club
meetings.
C. Most importantly, we as a club voted to go ahead and
spend the $50 for the Round-up and park within the
gates....also agreed to organize at a designated
time prior to caravan to the gates, no exceptions
or excuses....if you are late to the caravan we may
try to save you a spot at the Round-up.

This is all I can remember right now...I'm sure with our collective brains, the stuff I forgot will be posted.
