Old nasty area where the rock guards were welded on...

Bobarino trimming down the new piece, since we didn't
want to cut into the door jamb...

Other side, and the new patch panel from National
Chevy Association...

Doh!!!

Never weld stainless to carbon steel. It's a corrosion
activator & accelerator...

Gone, gone, gone...

Not only did they weld the stainless rock guards on,
but they welded on the fuckin' rocker trim too...

New panel installed on one side...

It's just that easy, folks!! heheh
