Subject: Fish Bone in shape of Crucifix

Hi
I am writing from the UK. Last Year I was on vacation in Florida. While visiting Sannibel Beach I was given a Crucifix shaped fishbone.The gentleman who gave me one collects them,and as far as I know they are only associated to one type of fish. Please can anyone help and tell me the name of the fish.
