Subject: Shell Island Beach Resort

Can anyone tell me about Shell Island Beach Resort?
I know it is part of the hilton time share offers and I have looked at the websites, but have never seen them in person in the 10 years I have been on Sanibel.
I have the opportunity to purchase two weeks timeshare in October (off season/hurricaine) and was wondering what people thought of the place.
