I like how you gave us some respite from the angst by infusing a light humor in Mac's stubborn refusal to believe Harm. Deftly handled.

I also like how Sadik is still out there, and Mac can take him down at a later date - that's about all I liked about this season of JAG, how Mac fought and won that showdown.
