Subject: But let's talk about Italy

Hello everyone. My name is Francesco and I write from Italy.
I hope for Greece to make it to JSF, a broadcast that i used to follow since I was able to understand things (1988: I was 12 months "old", man!).
But of course my mind goes to Italy. RAI used to give us stupid programs and failed formats, but in 2001, the first JSF-less year of my life, 7000 e-mails were sent as a rebellion against this choice.
Though, I don't think that RAI will be back to JSF. Italian TV's too selfish, and they think that "silly things and T&A 24/7" is a nice enough formula for TV rates, no matter what the TV crowd REALLY wants.
"But you were always in since the 60s!" Who cares. As we always say, "an egg today's better than a hen tomorrow". So, let's go with screaming ladies, @ssh()l€ games and pain-based TV. But always respecting the parlamentary majority and the Church huge eye.
I forgot: we don't even know what Eurovision Song Contest is!

I hope I wrote wrong things.
I hope I can see Italy (which is reigning champion ;D) again in a great show.
I hope I can also see our beloved (hehe) cousins of Greece, why not.
Most, I hope money won't dictate the RAI choices, as it often does.

Ευχαριστώ πολύ for reading.

F.
