Hmmm, I've been thinking a bit, and I've decided this is how..

...GFD should end (in my opinion):

There's a big fight at the end, between Justin and Rage, and Taryn dies. Justin goes kinda crayz, kills rage, but then...
...he wakes up and he's at the end of the Pier again. Taryn steps out from behind the anchor and goes "Are you going to do it then?". Justin runs up to him, all "omg you're alive", kinda thing...but Taryn doesn't remember anything that happened. Justin comes to the conclusion that his becoming a vampire/becoming a mimic/losing Taryn experiences were some form of premonition and because he can't bare to see Taryn die again, decides to throw himself off of the pier. Taryn, distraught, watches the sun rise and everyone at the lot gets killed by scavengers.
Except Gyro.
He comes and lives with me.

If I can be bothered, I might write this as something for the Blood Bank.
