But between that and starvation? I don't know. I picture a vampire's starvation as being one of the worst tortures on Earth. A HUMAN'S starvation is pretty damn painful in itself. And to not feed would be suicide. So, even though I would undoubtedly end up depressed and crazy by my second or third feeding...I think I would continue to do it. At least until it became too much and I was forced to go on a sun quest to end it all.I imagine that most vampires would eventually reach a point where it became less traumatic. Just satisfying their hunger. The same way people eat cheeseburgers or chicken. Something has to actually 'die' for that food to be served, but after a while, it's not something that most people think about. (Vegetarians excluded, of course)
