But for me, sometimes, the inevitable death that gets to us all is frightening me. That's why we humans need our faith. To know there is something after this life. Something better. I don't beleive there is something better. Maybe your energy goes back where it came from. Whereever that might be. But is that the immortal soul or just something else. And what if we just seize to exist. Everything that we "lived" just stops like the heartbeating in our chests stop. I don't know and don't wanna philosophize... all I know is that I would grant sanctuary to the vampire and would leave my life forever with him into the darkness when the sun sets again.
