I truly believe that we all keep ourselves in this strange state of conflict. Trying to take an emotion or a situaion n our lives, and struggling between whether or not it fits into our own 'personal' perspective of it...or the 'social' perspective of what it should be.

When it comes to loving another person, especially if you're gay...there's that conflict. "Is it more about what I feel is love, or what my environment sees as love?" I think we do that with all things though. No way around it, unfortunately.

I'd be writing all night if I started on that particular theory, hehehe, so I'll just let it rest here for now. Definitely a good angle on the question though. Thanks!
