To my Brothers and Sisters in Massachusetts

Hope this finds you well. Today we are exactly one month away from the largest gathering of Correctional Officers in the nation, the ACO Training Conference and Medal of Honor Awards Banquet. This is an opportunity that comes around only once in a great while. The leadership in that room will shape the face of corrections for the next two decades. I need to know the names of the Officers and their guests (if any) from your jurisdiction who will be attending September 17-19 in Boston. We need to have enough materials for everyone. We pre-print the Training Certificates as well so we need the proper spelling of their names. Then of course there are the meals and the Awards Banquet we don't want to come up short on any of that. So please take a minute and let us know even if you've contacted us already. Thanks a lot see you in a month,
