 After the Capt. cut off another car, he began berating the female driver. The victim in another vehicle rolled down his car window and told Carrier to "stop acting like a child and just go". Carrier followed the guy to his house and began yelling at him. when the victim asked Carrier to leave his property, Carrier took out pepper spray and sprayed the victim in the eyes. The victim then grabbed Carrier and struck him several times before dragging him to the sidewalk.
