Subject: A question about the E-Board

 I've always wondered why someone would want to run for a position on the E-Board when they've never been in any kind of leadership position in the DOC. Doesn't really make too much sense to me. Guys don't want to be a sergeant because they don't want the responsibility, but yet they want the responsibility of leading the union. As they say, "Money corrupts."
