They are only going only after the gamers who play the system.
Truth be told, a CO who does his job for 20yrs even if he makes it to Lt, still makes money for the retirement system over the long run. Now the gamers who play the system are stealing from all of us, plus they blame you the front line staff because you can't do anything about it.
We all know the games played and they are about to really slow down.
