Sgt. Thomas was my DI in the academy about 3 years ago. This is terrible news for anyone who knew him. He carried himself in the most professional manner, and never hesitated at the oppurtunity to help or teach someone, something new. I hope his great personality will continue to live on...I didn't know about his current circumstances and only wish this was not the outcome. My prayers go out to his friends and family. R.I.P. Sgt.
