I agree. Not a strong Top 5 at all. I was really rooting for Maaliyah Papillion (Gulf Coast) to win. Not sure what it is about the judges, but IMO they haven't sent strong teen delegates in years (with the exception of Nina Moch, Shelleh Hennig and Brittany Guidry).
