Subject: Belfast lough

 Merry christmas to you all.
I was reading an article recently about the belfast lough,
it stated the a reasonable sized ship was plying its waters,
Was this ship built on the edge of the lough,or is the some way into it via belfast?.
I have looked at maps,but can not see anything obvious.
Is there an answer somewhere?.
