Why the hearing and what discipine?" on 00:32:48 09/17/07 Mon If you ask for this after a failed hearing, all this does is give them the second chance to get their decision right and to fix any legalities, so when they hammer you again, you then ask for a judicial review you have a whole lot less to go with.
