Okay, imagine your in the fleet, you're just an average joe/jo and it's election time.

Remembering that you dont know what the audience knows, who would you have voted for, Roslin or Baltar?

You're also not allowed to be a crew member on Galactica who's seen Baltar talking to himself! :P

Probably Roslin, despite her faux pas concerning abortion and Baltar's speech about it. She has been a decent president until then, and I would probably think that a former teacher would be a better ruler than a scientist.

I'd have voted for Baltar myself, the banning of abortion would just have cemented my suspsicion Roslin was a fundamentalist nutjob.

Now Im not saying I think Roslin is a fundamentalist nutjob, but if all I had was the info the fleet probably has, Roslin is 'dying leader' of Scripture and she split the fleet and went to Kobol to get a holy artifact that she was pointed to in a vision....I'd have my doubts. :)

I'd have a hard time voting for Roslin. I just don't like her. Probably would have voted for Baltar.

But either way, it doesn't matter. The fleet is, or should be, under military control.
