Total credit at time of purchase can exceed $10,000!

• $6,750 Total Cash to move in. Build equity while renting!

• $1,750 1st full month's rent.
• $5,000 balance is “option fee” which is a prepaid purchase price paid directly to Seller, and will be credited, IN FULL, to purchase price at closing.
• $300 per month shall be applied from full monthly payments to Purchaser's down payment and closing costs, from first 12 payments;
