Subject: Nick Samaras

Junior year he will be posting sub 50's for the 400 meter dash most likely. His long jump is questionable, but with time i would imagine he will be doing 19's and 20's by senior year. As long as this kid stays healthy Alvirne has a bright future with this kid at the helm. I've said it before and i'll say it again, he is the most vauluable sophomore you can find in the state of New Hampshire,id rank him the best sophomore over Berube out of all the classes.

I dont think he is the most valuable sophomore in NH track for many reasons actually...1st craig berube, if anyone in the sophmore class, will go sub 50 1st. 2nd, he doesn't have a ton of range, and he didnt score as many points as berube did either this past class L meet. 3rd, craig can do triple jump or long jump better then nick, which is another reason why craig is better. This is how i rank the most valuable sophomores in the state to their team: 1. Craig Berube, 2. Ricky Hoyt, 3. Zach Campbell 4. Corey Schueler, 5. Corey Sinotte
