Have a Good Travel!

Reading is an amazing thing. It can take you to another world. It informs you about the world’s event, people’s life, history, math, and whatever subjects you want or have to know. But sometimes is not easy to understand a text. Here, there is a sequence of steps you have to follow in order to do a good read.
Looking for visual informations and read the title are the first things a reader should do before even try to read a text. Visual informations: illustration, graphics, photos or whatever, gives you an idea about what the text is going to talk. These information and the title are also important for you active you previous knowledge about the topic. According to Cerbin [activate previous knowledge] is a process in which a person tries to make sense out of new information by connecting it to prior knowledge
and establishing relationships among ideas.
In order to better understand the material, you should know read all the text, without paying attention to the details. You should only try to understand the context.
Right after you have read all the text, read it again and beside each paragraph, try to write a key word. It is important to you visualize what are the sub- topics in the text.
Subsequent to it, you should now look for the words you do not know or you did not understand in that specific context. After that, read the text again, because you do not have more problems about it and the text will be totally clear for you.
Then, after all of it is very, very important to reflect. Reflect “for reinforcement”. Now it is time to think about you have read and join together your previous knowledge if the text informations.
If you have questions to answer, you are, at the moment, completely able to answer them. And to answer, make sure you have returned to the text to do not commit mistakes.
Following these steps, you will certainly understand the read, and enjoy it. Have a good travel!
