This idea came about from our Secret Santa.
I have put together a way to stay in touch with your pageant friends throughout the entire year!
Children love to get things in the mail and this is a great way to get to know a friend in our pageant family.
Please be sure you can commit to participating before you submit your child's entry.
If you would like to participate in the Secret Pal exchange please email your child's name,
date of birth and mailing address to: director@compassionatecrowns.com
Each entry will be paired up with their Secret Pal. Secret Pals will be matched up by blind draw. You cannot request a specific friend.
You are not required to attend any Compassionate Crowns pageant to be eligible to enter. This activity is open to everyone, even siblings!
DO NOT ENTER if you have no intention of purchasing and mailing a gift for your Secret Pals BIRTHDAY as well as CHRISTMAS!
These are the ONLY TWO events you are expected to recognize for your Secret Pal.
You are welcome to send your Secret Pal as many letters, gifts, cards, and greetings throughout the year as you like.
You can send them monthly, weekly, or only twice a year. It's entirely up to you.
All items must be sent via snail mail. Please do not send email and give away who you are.
Please be sure you sign all correspondence with "your Secret Pal"
Anyone signing up and not participating fully will be exempt from entering any of our future Secret Pal/Santa events.
Our Secret Pal is only open to residents in IL, WI, IN, MO, KY, & TN.
If you have a child that wants to participate and lives outside of these states please email me.
Deadline to send info for pairing is: Friday * December 26, 2008
THERE WILL BE NO DEADLINE EXTENSIONS AND LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Everyone will be paired up and notified by: Wednesday * December 31, 2008
Secret Pals will be revealed 12/31/09.
