This pageant is being held to honor those American Heroes who have fought to protect our Freedom. The pageant is open to all states. The pageant will be held in West Virginia. The following age divisions are eligible to participate. Baby-Miss (ages 4-9 months)....Wee-Miss (ages 10 months-1)...Tiny-Miss (ages 2-4)...Little-Miss (ages 5-7)...Junior-Miss (ages 8-10)...Pre-Teen Miss (ages 11-13)...Teen (ages 14-16)...Miss (ages 17-21)...and Ms....(ages 22-27). Contestants will be judged in three phases of competition: RED-WHITE AND BLUE Wear....Partywear..and Photogenic...there will also be several side awards given.
