Subject: Please send your childs birthdate to me even if you don't intend to purchase a calendar. I would like to fill all the months for those who are ordering, and I'm betting they would love to see their friends in the calendar as well as knowing when their birthdate is to send a Happy Birthday out! Please C/I

These are the ones who have sent their birthdates for the calendar. You/your childs birthdate will not appear unless I have your permission. Send the day of the month as well as the photos you would like to appear. Please send pageant photos and the month you attended the pageant as well. I will put those photos on the month in which the pageant was held last year. This will be a great keepsake for you pageant friends. Miss Joyce
