I too have seen the play and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Yes Mrs Fairfax did receive too many prompts however I am not so short sighted to let that ruin her performance for me, I found it suitably naturalistic. As for the other actors being wooden I think that the previous reviewer is showing their ignorance. They obviously don't understand that it was a clear directorial choice to play it slightly lower key and more realistic - which is extremely apt for this play.

I do hope that other people reviewing the play can concentrate on the good and give constructive criticism rather than what seems a silly personal attack.

Well done to all involved in the production and I look forward to the next BLT play.
