Reading and casting always welcome feedback,good and bad.However on this one you were in our opinion well off track and nitpicky.I saw the production on saturday,I didnt find the heat such a problem.The set and staging was excellent as was the direction(especially as David stepped in at the last minute).Its not that often we get a production with all parts spot on, but this one certainly was.This was apparent as the actual text is not great only the power of performance makes it work.My initial concern was the length of act one,however I never looked at my watch once.Great evening's entertainment
What I do take issue with is not those who criticise,but those who criticise but dare not place their head above the parapet and sign their name.An opinion signed has much greater validity ,not to do so shows weakness and encourages all manner of cheap shots from the silent snipers who only seek to run down and hide not having the backbone to stand up and be counted
