I don't think so. All the staff have changed more than once while this has been happening, and the planners don't have a clue about rural issues. Their heads are stuck in urban legality.

Now that's more like it. If you boasted 20 years ago that your land would be worth $2m by the year 2000 and you found yourself stuck in the ALR with no way to benefit, how would you feel about other people benefitting from their land? (Even though they were actually trying to give and share.) And if you were in a position to quietly sway a Regional Director and fix things behind the scenes without anyone noticing, what would you do?
