Dallas’ Miss Heart of the USA Preliminary

Queens will advance to the 2013 Texas State Pageant in August 2013--awarding $1000 at State and $5000 at Nationals

We are still allowing only 10 contestants per division!

So don't delay..this preliminary will sell out early!
