Mandatory Pelvic Examinations in Children and Teens - a practise stedily more common

By Knut Holt

http://www.abicana.com/health_information.htm

In many communities around the world, a practice has been established to put children and teens to sleep without much explanations, neither to the kid himself, nor to the parents, and subject intrusive internal inspections through the body openings of the kid. Often one performs endoscopic inspections through all body openings, specimen taking through all body openings and internal function tests in many parts of the body.

But the urinary opening, vagina and anus, as weell as the genitals, always are of the greatest attention by these examinations. Inspections with instruments put in through holes made in the abdominal wall, most often the navel, are also frequent. Boys and girls are subjected equally often to these ordeals and they occur in all countries in the World, but so far only in selcted communitnies. Steadily more communities seem to establish the practice though.

This has been revealed by collecting stories from people that have experienced it, and by analyzing these stories. In the following there is a description about the protocol followed during these ordeals, revealed by the analyzis.

PREPARATIONS FOR THE EXAMINATIONS

What is becoming standard for those two age levels for both boys an girls are somewhat like this.

- The day before the child gets laxatives and only liquids so that the digestive system is clean when going to the health center, or the parents are instructed to give a small enema to help the child get clean the day of the exam.

- When arraving the child will be asked to go to the toilet once more, to undress and lay down on a stretcher with a blanket to cover the body. There the child will get some stuff to be relaxed and drowsy which can be administered in various ways epending on the policy of the health center.

- After this the colon of the child will be flushed several time with an automatic machine or the colonic type to make it totally clean, while the child lies in a sedated state.. The exact methods of colon cleansing before the exam, varies conciderably from setting to setting and will also depend on the thorroughnes of the exam planned. Big enemas of the old fashioned type is seldome done any more.

- Then the child is wheeled into the examination room and placed in appropriate positions, which will vary according to the differnt exams done. Some kind of stirrups or equipment to hold the legs spread and fixed will typically be used for both girls and boys.

EXAMS DONE WITH EXTERNAL METHODS

One will usually begin by examining the kid manually and by external equipment. Obe will perform:

- A general assessment of the hip joints and the musculature in the pelvic floor, by which a finger may be inserted in the anus and also the vagina in girls.

- Inspection of the belly zone and hip joints with an ultrasound sond. For both boys and girls a hernia check with the aid of the ultrasound sond will often be done.

- A neurological exam with touching or electronic sonds to stimulate reflexes and physiological reactions, but one will by all means avoid this test to be interpreted as sexual stimulation. On the other hand, the reactions in the pelvic zone during these stimulations will be used to assess wether the child has been sexually exploited by someone, or has sexual habits.

- For boys a visual inspection of the genital organs, with retraction of the foreskin, spreading of the urethral opening and palpation of the scrotum with testicles. Specimen taking with a swab or sond from the urethral opening.

- For girls a visual inspection and palpation of the outer parts of the vulva. After that separation of the vulvar lips with inspection of the inner contents, including urethral and vaginal opening. Specimen taking from the urethral opening and the outer vagina with a swab or sond.

- Testicular ultrasond inspection of boys.

INTRUSIVE INSPECTION AND SPECIMEN TAKING

After that the mainly external examinations has been done, one will often proceed by more intrusive inspections through the body openings:

- Inspection with specimen taking in the vagina with a thin scope, and not a speculum for younger girls, possibly a speculum for girls in full puberty.

- Vaginal ultrasond inspection for girls.

- An inspection of the urethra of boys in all its length with a thin ultrasond sond.

- An inspection of urethra and bladder with a cystoscope, an exam that has become very easy to do without much disconfort due to the technical development.

- Catheter inserted in the bladder to instill contrast fluid and then examination of the bladder region with an ultrasound probe. The catheter is thereafter let stay in the bladder to drain urine and to serve as a marker during the rest of the exam.

- A possible functional test of the bladder and urethra by fluid pumped in and by a special catheter that can be pumped up, and muscular reactions and pressure monitored.

INTRUSIVE EXAMINATION THROUGH THE ANUS

Thereafter the anal region and the inner organs that can be accessed through the anus will no be inspected. One useually performs:

- Inspection and probes taking in the anus using a speculum.

- Inspection of the pelvic area with an ultrasound sond inserted into the anus.

- Anoscopy or sigmoidoscopy with probe taking.

- A possible functional test of the anus and lower colon with insertion of a tube that is inflated at several points and reaction monitored.

INTRUSIVE INSPECTION THROUGH OTHER ENTRANCES IN THE BODY

The pelvic inspections are always present in these exams, but intrusibe inspections by other routes are also frequent, for example:

- Endoscopic inspection end specimen taking in the nouse.

- Endoscopic inspection and specimen taking down through the esophagus and in the stomach.
- Endoscopic inspection and specimen taking into the throut, trakea and lungs.

- Endoscopic inspection, specimen taking amd tissue samples taking inside the abdominal cavity with a small opening made through the navel or just beneath the navel.

- Placemkent of electronic chips inside the kid that makes it possible for authorities to follow the kid and read body functions through radiocommunication all the time.

SOME GENERAL ASPECTS

The exact sequence of these exams will vary, from clinic to clinic, and depending of the technology used, two or more of these examinations will often be performed in one handling only.

A parent will in some clinics be allowed and even required to stay with the child during the exam and help the child though, but some clinics prefere to give the child deeper sedation, and even general anesthesia to hide the particular for both the child and the parents.

Some clinics will at the end of the exam teach the caregiver about regular checks they can do or even are required to do on the child and how to report findings. Other clinics will regard such teaching as an invitation to child abuse, and even worn parents against close handlings of the child¨s body.

Before this special exam, the child has typically already had a general physical with examination of the whole body, with blood tests and all other standard tests.

REASONS FOR DOING THESE EXAMS

What will the doctor look for during the extensive pelvic checkups.

Some purposes of these exams is to assess the exact development status of the child or teen or to get aware of pelvic problems that needs attention or treatment. This information shall then be used by parents, teachers, sport coaches and other with responsibility for the child during school activities, sport activities and daily routines.

Children and teen also have frequent pelvic problems that usually are overlooked, and the purpose is to catch up such problems so that they can be resolved, or managed during appropriate support.

Some of the things one will look for in girls are:

Development of the shape of clitoris, genital lips and vagina.

Symptoms of hernias that can be seen in the vulva

Imperforate hymen in girls.

Infections of presens of unwanted microbes in the vagina.

Vaginal secretion

Signs of first menstruation

Some of the things one will look for in boys are:

Testicular and scrotal development

Secretion from the prostate and signs of testicular activity

Prostate development, which tells a lot about maturation stage in boys.

Patological processes in the testicles and prostate

Inguinal hernias and similar problems

Narrow foreskin

Urethral valves - flaps of connective tissue where the urethra joins the bladder that partly hinders the flow of urine and can cause urination trouble and infection. Most often affecting boys

Things they will look for in both boys and girls are:

Uretero-pelvic reflux -Ineffective valves where the channels from the kidneys join the bladder, which can cause urine to be pressed up against the kidneys and cause injure and infection in the kidneys. Both boys and girls.

Abnormal placement of the urethral opening and narrow urethra.

Infection or presens of microorganisms in the urethra and anus.

Neurological or functional problems in the bladder, lower colon, rectum or anus, or changes caused by such problems.

Too small bladder capacity.

Signs of chronic inflammatory processes in the digestive system.

Orthopedic problems and rheumatic diseases afflicting the hip joint and the muscles in the pelvic area.

Areas in the urethra, anus or lower colon that are too narrow or abnormally shaped.

Symptoms in the pelvic region caused by problems in other body areas.

OTHER INCENTIVES FOR DOING THESE EXAMS

In addition to the beneficial reason for these exams, there are other more murky and usually secret incitement for these becoming routine:

- Authorities in a area require these exams to be done and reports issued regarding each child.
- A general suspicion of parent of sexual abuse.
- A general surveillance of the population and their intimate habits, including sexual.
- Scientific projects.

A reason that I have abundant evidence for, but that surprised me in the beginning is this: Some primary schools, usually private ones, cooperate with athletic schools and dance academies to find suitable candidates for these schools, and use these exams to find children that are physically suited for these schools.

If they are found suited, subsequent exams of this type under sedation are done more often, an the child is typically manipulated to delay the puberty, enhance flexibility, and control the growth during these exams, to make them suited as dancers and gymnasts.

The most disturbing aspects of these examinations is the placements of chips into the kid, so that authorities can know where the kid is at any time, and read out data about the bodily fuctions at any time.

It also seems that these chips give the possibility to modify the neurological and hormonal functions in the kid through radiocommunication, a fact which is downright allarming.

It looks like these exams and the chip placements is a deliberate step towards a society where the individuals are controlled by authorities at will at any time.

Garlic - A Universal Health Remedy of Steadily Greater Scientific Interest

By Knut Holt

http://www.abicana.com/health_information.htm

http://www.mydeltapi.com/erotic-products.htm

Garlic (Allium sativum) is a member of the onion genus and a near relative to the common onions. The plant originates from central Asia, but has been cultivated in the Mediterranean area and Africa for several thousand years. It has a history of use as spice and as a medicine plant for at least 7000 years.

The plant has a bulb at the base from which the stalk with leaves and flowers grows up. The plant will eventually grow several new bulbs around the base of the stalk. If let alone these new bulbs will separate and grow to new plants. When maturing these bulbs divide themselves into several number of sections called cloves that can easily be separated. All of the plant can be eaten, but the new developed bulbs are most used as spice and medicine, most often in mature stage with cloves. The bulbs are used in fresh form or let to age and one also makes watery or oily extracts to use from them.

When used fresh, one or a few cloves is a typical dose. Each clove can be chopped in small pieces or crushed and blended in water or some mossy food and then consumed, or used as spice in your food so that you get both the medical and culinary use of it at the same time.

Much of the taste in the garlic originates from the substance allicine. This substance and a lot of other present substances, especially organosulfuric compounds, are commonly thought to carry the medical effects. New research seems however to indicate that allicine after all is not necessary for the medical benefits to occur. The effective substances from fresh garlic are however volatile, but by aging these substances are converted to less volatile ingredients which still have a medical effect, but somewhat different from those in the fresh garlic. Garlic is used for several medical benefits, of which some are well documented, some supposed to be true by medical professionals and some anecdotal:

Garlic is beneficial for the health of the heart and blood circulation, but the specific effects are not all well studied yet. It is thought to help prevent or reduce atherosclerosis in the blood vessels, reduce the amount of the bad LDL lipoproteins, increase the good HDL lipoprotein amount, and help to reduce the amount of fat around the heart which can induce inflammation in the heart tissue. Manufacturers of products based on extracts from aged garlic claim that all these effects are well documented for that type of product.

Garlic seems to help reduce a too high blood pressure. Garlic reduces the tendency for the blood to coagulate within the blood vessels, and also otherwise supports good blood flow. Thereby it reduces the risk for blood cloths, heart infarction and stroke. Garlic may also help the body to manage blood sugar better and will then reduce the severity of diabetes, especially diabetes type II.

Garlic has a well documented preventive effect upon the growth of bacteria. It has since long been used as a means to prevent and cure infections, also viral infections, for example cold, influenza, lung infections, infections around the teeth, skin infections and ailments which often have an infection as a base like stomach ulcer and diarrhea. A piece of garlic can be used as a preliminary remedy against infection in a tooth with caries until you can get to the dentist. Sliced garlic can also be applied on sores to prevent and combat infections.

Research indicate that components in garlic can kill slugs and snails, and thus be used as a non-polluting pesticide against attacks on crops from these animals, which actually seems to be more effective than conventional pesticides.

Regular consume of garlic seems to reduce the incidence of cancer in the lungs, stomach, liver, breast, brain, prostate and possibly other types of cancers, and steadily new scientific findings support claims for strong cancer-preventing effects. Some people claim that they have been able to get a manifest cancer stagnate or go away with a treatment regime where garlic is a main component. Scientific investigation has shown that sulfuric components in garlic help to kill several types of cancer cells, but the therapeutic value of garlic against manifest cancer has not been investigated well yet.

Garlic can help to prevent osteoarthritis in the hip joints. Osteoarthritis is caused by wearing in the joints without adequate repair activities, so garlic may increase the general ability of the joints to regain from damages.

Garlic in the amounts usually used as medicine do not have any serious complications for most people, but more than one clove of fresh garlic can irritate the stomach. Great amount of garlic may reduce too much the ability of the blood to coagulate and cause bleedings. Persons with bleeding tendencies should be careful about the amount used, and so also persons taking blood thinning medications. Some persons are allergic for garlic.

Crop Circles - What are They and What Causes Them?

By Knut Holt

To read more about health, fitness, psychology and sexual methods:

http://www.abicana.com/health_information.htm

In some areas around the globe one often find plants in crop fields or grasslands laid down in geometrically regular and complex patterns, usually in a circular fashion. This phenomenon, called crop circles, is steadily gaining a heavy attention in mass media, and has also created an immense subculture with a specific belief structure and a lot of social activity.

Crop circles are regular geometrical patterns that can occur in crop fields or grasslands. Within the patterns the plants are laid down in specific directions. The plants will often be sharply bent or halfway broken at a specific point near the ground. At this point the stalk can look more or less exploded or scorched as by heat.

The patterns typically consist of circles, rings, bows or other rounded elements laid out in a symmetrical manner and often connected with each other. The whole pattern can be small or large, 5-50 meter in diameter, and sometimes very complicated. Since they first gained broad public attention, they have grown in complexity, and each year seems to have its own fashion regarding geometrical pattern. They are usually produced during the night. They are seen all over the World, but the south of United Kingdom seems to show the highest frequency of this phenomenon.

Many of them have been revealed as hoaxes made by groups of people walking coordinated in the fields with planks under their feet, but not all of them can easily be explained this way.

Whatever causes them, there always seems to have been some force rotating or sweeping in a specific direction and thereby breaking and pressing the plants down. Sometimes people have seen light balls hovering over a place where crop circles have been found afterwards. Sometimes local stormy weather with swirling winds and heavy rain have occurred at the time of formation. Crop circles also tend to form at areas with underground waterways. Here are some possible explanations apart from the obvious hoaxes already mentioned:

Under certain physical conditions, a swirling wind may become stable and then spawn secondary swirls in a regular geometrical pattern, which again can spawn tertiary swirls so that you get a fractal structure of vortexes in the air with interconnections. At the bottom of these vortexes, the plants will be pressed down by the rotating air. Such swirls will also tend to contain electrical gradients that cause discharges, so that they can be seen as lightballs. Such discharges can possibly also cause internal explosions and scorching at specific points in the stalks of the plants.

Temperature gradients or gradients of electric charge from the soil up to some altitude in the air can possibly provide the energy for such swirls. If the energy in the gradient is released smoothly, air will be set in regular circular motion. Small sidewinds from such a vortex will trigger energy to be released in nearby places so that daughter swirls are created.

Another mechanism of formation can occur if the temperature at a spot in the ground is very different from that in the air and surrounding areas. Air will be heated or cooled over that spot. This will cause a wind up from this spot or down towards the spot and air to blow along the ground towards or from that spot. Such winds will always cause the air to swirl at the central point and regularly spaced vortexes in the area around.

Then you have the possibility that the circles are hoaxed, but with sophisticated technology, for example by drones that one lets fly over the fields, or by robotic ground vehicles set down by a drone. The drone or vehicle will move along in a specific preprogrammed geometrical pattern and press the plants down. If the drones used are of the vertical take off and landing type, they will blow air downwards and press the plants down this way. Drones can of course also carry specifically designed tools that force the plants to bow down and lie.

Some private persons or clubs with a solid budget could carry out this activity just for fun or because they get economical gain from visiting spectators or from selling books and films, and farmers may get paid for allowing crop circles to be made in their fields. But you also have the possibility that certain governmental, military or research organizations secretly make crops circles for various purposes.

One purpose of such organizations can be a large scale psychological and cultural experiment. Another purpose can be to create a certain structure in the psychology and culture of people that makes people more easy to lead and manipulate.

A purpose can also be to turn the attention of especially curious individuals away from certain governmental activities over to something that will occupy their curiosity more or less permanently and lead it astray.

Probably the crop circles were originally only a natural phenomenon that local people kept wondering about without a broader public being aware of them. But eventually a broader international public got interested in the phenomenon and speculations that these could be caused by extraterrestrials with important messages for us began to occur.

At this point, individuals, clubs and governmental institutions got the idea that they could secretly make their own crop circles in order to use the public attention for own purpose and gain. By now we probably have a situation where several instances of various kind compete with steadily more sophisticated technology about making steadily more spectacular crop circles, and with embedded messages with steadily stronger psychological effects. Those doing this may operate lonely, but have a mutual gain from the activity of other crop circle makers. And of course the natural phenomenon still occurs.

As already mentioned, many believe that extraterrestrial beings produce the phenomenon in order to signal their presence and leave certain important messages to be interpreted by humans. This explanation may not be impossible. But there is very little within the phenomenon that cannot be explained as natural processes or as the result of human activity with varying degree of technical sophistication, from the quite simple to state of the art drone technology.

Greetings All,

Does anyone by any chance have a pageant dress and/or really cute sportswear outfit, both around the size 4/4T, that I could borrow or purchase for Braxlee to wear in this Sunday's (May 18th) LMGP pageant?? I know it's short notice, but I was unsure if Braxlee was going to be able to compete until the last minute!!

Just let me know!!

Thanks so much,

We are wishing all the LMGP and LMU a very happy and healthy New Year. Sorry for the long absence but the first semester of 10th grade and dance has been very intesive. Maddisson was disappointed she was unable to attend the holiday functions but hopes (knows) you enjoyed. She will be competing in the Jr. Miss Mecklenburg tomorrow afternoon. This year she is 16 and will now compete in the Teen division. She is excited, anxious and nervous all at the same time. We will let you know how it goes.

Again Happy New Year to all.

Hello everyone, we are so very sorry that we missed the last few things that we have had going on. Our family has been hit with the stomach bug and then Todd and I were both sick with nasty colds and this past week and weekend Tyler and Joshua were both running fever. We hate that we missed the nursing homes and party. We are trying to stay in and keep everyone well and home through the Christmas holidays. We wish everyone a very safe and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Please remember our family in your prayers. Things other than mentioned are going on at our home and it has been very stresful. We hope to see everyone really soon. Mrs. Suzan thanks for all you do for your girls and making them feel special and teaching them along with us parents on how to give back to those who are less fortunate than us. God bless everyone and Merry Christmas
Love to all,

Greetings to All,

We just thought everyone would like to know that 2-year-old Braxlee Russell, 2007 LMU Mini Overall Most Beautiful, was crowned 2007-08 Miniature Miss Badin Friday evening during the Stanly County town's annual Best of Badin Festival. The following morning, Braxlee was introduced by her newest beauty title during the festival's opening ceremonies and then spent the remainder of the lovely day participating in various festival activities. Saturday was definitely a big day for Braxlee!! (Our sincerest apologies for having to miss the "Lillie Bear" event in Kannapolis, but we're thrilled to hear it went so incredibly well!!)

Warmest regards,
Keith, Le-Anne, and Braxlee Russell

TO ALL THE LMU QUEENS THAT WERE OR NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT SATURDAY FOR LILLIE BEAR'S FUND RAISER. WE HAD A BLAST, BUT IT WAS REALLY SAD TO HEAR JORDAN'S FAREWELL SPEECH. SOUNDS LIKE EVERYONE BETTER BRING THEIR TISSUES TO THE OCTOBER PAGEANT, BECAUSE (ONE) SPEECH WAS BAD ENOUGH, I HEARD SEVERAL MOTHERS SNIFFLING. ALL OF THESE GIRLS HAVE DONE AN AWESOME JOB THIS YEAR, RAISING DONATIONS AND GIFTS FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE, AND "SUZAN" THANKS SO VERY MUCH FOR LETTING US ALL BE A PART OF SOMETHING SO GOOD !!!!

WOW and WOW AGAIN. What an AWSOME JOB you girls did. And parents TOO> In a combined effort between the LMU girls and LMGP girls, they raised $400.00 at Ryans in Albemarle Today. Our trunk is so full we could barley shut the trunk door. The girls were able to purchase school supplies, personell items, paper good, Bibles and SOOOOOOOOOO much MORE!!!!!!! The fundraiser, spearheaded by Nicole Kippes, Majestic Jr. Miss Stanly County was suppored by The LMU Queens, Lillie Everheart, Mini Majestic, Sara Davidson, LMU Overall Most Beautiful, Madeline Tucker, LMU Jr. Miss, LMGP Queens, Julie Floyd, Awesome Teen, Jordon Jacobs, LMGP Petite Miss, Kaleigh Jacobs, LMGP Tiny Miss. Samantha McCoy, LMGP Little MIss, and Katelyn Meyers, LMGP Overall Most Beautiful. Also present was Meya Kippes. Little Miss San Lee. The purchased items will be donated to the Nazerth Childrens Home, and The Stanly County Womens Abuse Shelter.
I am so proud of this young ladies for the time and committment they have made. Ryans Family Steak house has been so good to them and we appreciate the time and space they give the girls by letting them come into the store , talking to the customers, entertaining the customers, and feeding them, WOW> A very special thanks to Mgr. Chasity Treagere,General Stoee Mgr. Mick Brown, Hostess, Beverly Johnson and Server Carrie Hately. Not only did they make the day possible for us, but they made it an enjoyable day and were totally supportive of all the girls efforts. A SPECIAL TAHNKS TO THE PARENTS> For without you NONE of the girls would have this opportunity.
We look foreward to seeing everyone at the Denton Parade and then on Sunday as we visit the Charlotte USO> God Bless To All
