There are people who think of Turkey as a sort of near-eastern pest-hole ruled by a nasty little dictator who looks a lot like Gollum. Well, OK, that is a fair assessment. But there can be different views, leahpaul619@aol.com and admin@witiousbutrale.org seem to really like Tayyip Erdogan and do not believe the rumors that he associates with donkeys. And maybe you would agree if you just took the time to explore the nether regions of the orient.
