Hi Linda,
I think it is still a good idea for you to post those ideas for anyone else who needs them, but I'm afraid they are no longer necessary for me.
I was walking home from school with my best friend today, and we were both smoking when we came off the path and onto the road. It looks like my mother got off work early today, as she was waiting there in the car to give me a ride. She went totally ballistic. She yelled at me to get in the car. We drove home in silence. She then told me to give her my cigarettes and lighter, and to go to my room. I stayed there until my father came home, then they both came and started yelling at me. I tried to lie my way out, but they saw right through me, and the whole truth came out.
The end result is I'm grounded "indefinitely." They're dropping me off at school, picking me up at the beginning of lunch, dropping me back off at the end of lunch, and picking me up at the end of school, and I'm to spend all the time I'm not in school in the house or with one of them. All this to make sure I'm not smoking. Speaking of smoking, it's been almost 7 hours since my last cigarette, and I REALLY want a cig right now.
What should I do? It looks like I'm being forced to quit, unless I try and go against the grounding... I don't think I could be in any more trouble...
