  • From an HR perspective, you will not be hired by a company that you sued. Its a self imposed legal and financial exposure. Lo que no entiendo es porque no se lo dijeron antes de seleccionarla como candidata viable. Pero, again, from an HR perspective, they had to allow her to participate otherwise they could have been sued. The only recourse they had was to not let her advance. So I guess, it makes sense.   • Potorro, thank you for providing us a HR perspective. Makes complete sense. I said it from the beginning of the castings, Genesis looked withdrawn, uncomfortable, she didn't have the "it" factor. It was as if she impulsively decided to participate only to find out soon after that she didn't want to be there. That said, more than anything, I bet that Genesis feels HUMILIATED , especially because the humiliation was done on a public stage. In a nutshell, she didn't want to be there and the MUPR org didnt want her there either. Some may ask "well, if she didnt want to be there, she should have just left".... it's not that simple, she has obligations with the sponsors, her team, her fans. It's a lot pressure I presume and most likely took a toll on her. All in all, Genesis has NOTHING to be ashamed of, she leaves a noteworthy legacy in pageants.
