Subject: Si se le hincha la cara necesita hacer masages faciales para el sistema limfatico y eso es simple o puede hacer jumping jacks ya que ese sistema es a base de gravedad. Otra cosita que yo la mandaria hacer es una pesita de 5 lbs en la cabeza para fortalecer el cuello que a veces baja la cabeza un poco en las fotos, esa postura no es la mejor, que lo haga con pesa para no brotar los musculos del cuello pero para espigar la postura. Esas cositas en tres dias las arregla.
