La organización Miss Universe da a conocer que a un mes para que Sheynnis Palacios entregue su corona, Telemundo le cumple otro sueño a la nicaragüense, al brindarle la oportunidad que se desempeñe en el rol de comunicadora en una cadena internacional.

Sheynnis Palacios está apareciendo en el programa La Mesa Caliente en Telemundo. En esta cadena de televisión trabajará en el año posterior a su reinado, como parte del contrato que firma al ganar Miss Universo. Sheynnis tendrá un salario similar al que recibió como Miss Univeros, o sea, 250 mil dólares.
