Subject: El PNP, el PPD y la UTIER quebraron un monopolio. O sea, quebraron un monopolio. Por eso la Junta de Control Fiscal les puso la privatización como condición para desembolsar los fondos de recuperación. La colonia no tuvo ni voz ni voto en esa determinación más allá de escoger quienes serían los privatizadores.
