Tuesdays range from 3 to 5 miles - it is easy to cut it short or add distance. Saturdays are iffy - depending on what else is going on and if we are doing the long run for the weekend on Saturday or Sunday - but again - adding or subtacting miles is pretty easy and common - it is good to call before a Saturday run to see who is planning to run where and when - E-mail me and I'll send you my #.
