I did not enter any workout for the days following the race. The day following a race is a recovery day. Walk or jog a little, what ever feels good. The normal recovery rule is one day for every mile raced before any hard training. I would modify this just a bit in the case of a one mile race because the level is so intense and a larged portin of the effort will be anaerobic which really drains your muscles. Allow a full recovery and run 3-4 over the weekend. See you Monday when the next schedule is out. Buddy
