Every contestant will receive recognition and a gift for their participation
Rules and General Information
Score sheets will not be posted. Include a self addressed stamped envelope with your entry for your scores only. Please allow at least 2 weeks for them to arrive. You may also email for them. Absolutely no information will be given as to whom or how many are in the divisions. Modeling will be basic “T” formation with 3 “X’s” in front of judges. Hair and make-up must be age appropriate, NO GLITZ. No food or drink in the dressing room. Bad sportsmanship or disrespect to the Judges, Pageant or Festival Coordinators will not be tolerated. You will be disqualified and asked to leave without benefit of refund. 2006 Royalty may compete if they change age groups. No age grace period; compete age you are on day of pageant.
Christmas Under the Oaks Titles are not contracted, however, Queens must be available for all functions and appearances scheduled during the Festival held on the first weekend in December, be properly dressed, groomed and behaved at all times.
No smoking or alcohol consumption during appearances and reign.

1. From I-10 West, take Exit 20 north to Ruth St.
2. Follow Ruth St to the 3rd red light. There will be a Capital One Bank on the right.
3. Continue on the same street; it will curve slightly to the left and will turn into Huntington St.
4. The next red light will be Cypress St; the Brimstone Museum will be on the right.
5. Turn right on the very next street after Cypress; this will be Ash St, but there is no street sign.
6. About half a block down, there will be two stop signs; go to the left one.
7. Zigzag slightly to the left thru the stop sign and stay on Ash.
8. At the next stop sign, turn left in from of Sulphur High. This is Sycamore St.
9. The street will curve to the right; follow the curve and turn right into the teacher’s parking lot to park.
10. The doors to the pageant are just past the iron gates where the school meets in a corner of the parking lot.
Entry Fee
$50.00 by Thursday, November 8, 2007
$65.00 on 11/09/07 or to enter at the door (No exceptions)
Sibling discount: $10 off for each sibling entering after the first contestant: 1st child: $50 and siblings thereafter: $40 each. ($65/ $55 if entering on 11/09/07 or at the door)
Photogenic is included in entry fee. One photo to be brought to Registration on Pageant day.
No frames, please. Name, address and age must be on the back of photo.

I (we) also acknowledge that, if crowned Queen, I will be a Representative of the Brimstone Museum and Brimstone Historical Society, and agree that if, at any time, my behavior and/ or appearance is unbecoming to my Title, I will be required to relinquish the Title, Crown, Banner and all other prizes to my next available Alternate.
